- You are responsible for your own privacy policy. You must maintain a privacy policy with your subscribers that accurately describes your data practices. This Hermes Privacy Policy does not govern the relationship between you and your subscribers.
- You are responsible for consent. You must obtain proper consent from your subscribers before sending them SMS messages, in compliance with TCPA and all applicable laws.
- Hermes is not responsible for your use of subscriber data. Once you export subscriber data or use it for your marketing purposes, you bear sole responsibility for its lawful use, security, and protection.
